Introducing my book reviews

Because I consume many books and consider myself to be an active participant in the reading experience, I thought I’d start sharing my thoughts and opinions – good and bad – about what I read.

What kinds of books do I read? Mostly literary fiction. A few of my favourite books are Lullabies for Little Criminals by Heather O’Neill, Clara Callan by Richard Wright, The Last Report of the Miracles at Little No Horse by Louise Erdrich, A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini, Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides, On Beauty by Zadie Smith, Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe . . . well the list could go on for a while!

If you have a favourite book or two you’d like to recommend, I’d love to know what it is. Also, if you have any comments on the books I am currently reading or on my book reviews, I’m always open to hearing what you think! Just remember the reviews are merely my opinion!
